I feel that the incredible beauty of Lake Malone is truly world class and I am committed to the responsible and ethical development of Falling Water Cove.

I am interested in establishing an environmentally friendly community of home owners who share a preservationist land ethic and are equally committed to building houses designed with a "green" philosphy.

Energy efficient houses will be blended into the site's unique natural features. The footprint of the house and driveway will be kept to a minimum as will outdoor lighting.

Every effort will be made to eliminate intrusive noise pollution from ATV's, motorcycles, etc.

There are hiking trails, community space for gardens, and an area reserved for storage units planned. Hopefully, having storage units available, onsite but away from the lakefront, will allow the homeowner to build a smaller house, saving money and minimizing the effect of building near the environmentally sensitive lakeshore.

I am willing to reserve the most remote part of the property for "off-the-grid-ers" if there are enough people willing to commit to restricting the property for that purpose.

I want to make Falling Water Cove a model of reasonable and responsible lakefront neighborhood development. I am interested in learning of developments which  have been successful in creating community while preserving the land and its wildlife habitat. Please feel free to make suggestions regarding restrictions, or amenities, which you think useful.
